Somatic Yoga

A gentle and mindful approach to yoga focusing on reconnecting the mind and body through slow, deliberate movements. Somatic yoga encourages body awareness and helps release stored tension, promoting deep healing and balance. It is particularly effective for those recovering from trauma, chronic pain, or stress. 

I offer both group classes and one-to-one sessions, for clients to explore healing through movement at their own pace.

Gentle Hatha Soma flow Classes - A soothing blend of traditional Hatha yoga and therapeutic Somatic yoga, designed to help you move mindfully and release tension. This class focuses on slow, gentle movements, breath awareness, and relaxation, making it accessible to all levels, including beginners and those seeking a calm, restorative practice.
